1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on 99phl, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 99phl platform.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and 99phl. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2 Eligibility and Registration
To register and maintain an account on 99phl, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age. 99phl does not permit persons under 21 to register or place bets under any circumstances.
- You are residing in or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by local law.
- You are registering and playing for yourself, and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been excluded from 99phl or had an account closed for violations of these terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 99phl.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. 99phl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.
Only one account per person is permitted. If 99phl identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.
3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99phl username, password, and any security codes or one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
Any bet or transaction placed using your account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you. 99phl accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 99phl support team immediately via live chat or email at support@99phl.best. 99phl will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension while the matter is resolved.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 99phl are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:
- GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph
- InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
- BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
- Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks
Deposits: The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya typically reflect in your 99phl wallet within seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 15 minutes. 99phl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for accounts that have completed identity verification. Most GCash withdrawals are completed within one hour of approval. 99phl reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
All funds deposited to your 99phl account must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source, minus any applicable processing costs.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on 99phl are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, casino games, card games, or virtual sports. These product-specific rules are published within each section of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
General betting rules that apply across all products on 99phl include:
- A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification or reference number. In the event of a system error during bet placement, 99phl reserves the right to void the bet.
- 99phl reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to data or pricing errors.
- Bet settlements are final once results are confirmed. Disputes must be raised with the 99phl support team within 30 days of settlement.
- For sports betting, results are based on the official score at the end of the relevant competition period, including overtime where applicable, unless otherwise specified in the product rules.
- If a sports event is postponed and not rescheduled within 72 hours, pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. This timeline may vary for specific competitions — refer to the product rules for details.
Casino games on 99phl use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by licensed game developers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game interface.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, 99phl offers bonuses, cashback deals, free bets, and other promotions to eligible members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page at the time of the offer.
General rules that apply to all 99phl promotions unless stated otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting software, or coordinating bets with other members to exploit promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may result in account closure.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new members only, on their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus per household or IP address is permitted.
- 99phl reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99phl and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
- Opening or operating more than one account.
- Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
- Using automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or engage in any form of cheating.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 99phl staff or other members.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the 99phl platform.
99phl monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Suspicious activity will be investigated, and affected accounts will be suspended pending the outcome. During a suspension, withdrawals may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.
8 Responsible Gaming

All content on the 99phl platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, software, data compilations, logos, and brand names — is the property of 99phl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 99phl platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without the prior written consent of 99phl.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 99phl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical failures beyond 99phl's reasonable control.
- Service interruptions caused by maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
- Decisions made on the basis of information or content accessed through the platform.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11 Account Suspension and Termination
99phl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Non-cooperation with identity verification requests.
- Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful to other members or 99phl staff.
- Discovery that the member is under 21 years of age.
You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the 99phl support team. Any outstanding settled balance will be paid out to you after identity verification is completed, provided no violations of these terms are identified. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of 99phl that cannot be resolved through our internal support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact the 99phl support team directly. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally when raised promptly and in good faith. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within five business days.
13 Amendments to These Terms
99phl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify members through a notice displayed upon login or via email to the address registered on your account.
Your continued use of the 99phl platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
